Note: The undergraduate overall GPA is calculated with consideration of all courses attempted. If a course was repeated, both grades are included in our GPA calculations. We do not use an adjusted GPA.

*Relevant work experience is defined as including but not limited to career progression and/or, managerial experience, and/or supervisory experience, and/or management of the budget and other organizational resources.

**Applicants with an overall undergraduate GPA below a 2.75 with at least 5 years of relevant work may be considered for a GMAT waiver on a case-by-case basis. Relevant work experience will be evaluated by the MBA Graduate Coordinator based on the demonstration of extensive and/or significant managerial, supervisory, or executive work experience. The GMAT, resume, and/or letters of reference may also be waived for applicants with a graduate grade-point average of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale) on all previously earned graduate degrees.

Graduate admission decisions at the ѻƵ at Lafayette are based on your entire application. We use a portfolio approach that allows stronger aspects of your application — for example, strong letters of reference or professional experience — to compensate for weaker parts, such as lower test scores or GPA.
